Compound nominations (ex: A/B & B/C) are not allowed. DNW a relationship between A/C when requesting A/B/C is also not allowed. I would recommend nominating A/B and B/C separately, then specifying in your likes that you would prefer for B to be involved with both A and C at the same time.
